	Macmillan Davies was launched
	Became part of the Bernard Hodes Group
	Responding to increased demand by our clients for short term or project driven HR resource, we launched the Interim Division
	To increase our regional presence we opened our office in Manchester
	Futurexec was created in response for client demand for the highest calibre HR executives of tomorrow and to fill the gaps in talent which had suffered as a result of the proliferation of the HR shared service model
	Darren Hayman and Angela Franks took ownership of the Recruitment Business, separating from Bernard Hodes Group and retaining the original Macmillan Davies brand
	London HQ moved from Kings Cross to the City of London
	Moved to new, larger London offices to accommodate company growth
	Nick Allwood joins as Director to grow Manchester and Regional service offerings.
	September 2019 We celebrate 40 years of being in business. Darren Hayman becomes sole owner when Angela Franks returns home to Australia. October 2019 sees the return of Simon Cutner after 8 years away in the role of Director for the London office.
