About Louise
Louise is an experienced HR and organisational development leader, leadership and performance coach, and author of Bold, Brave, Brilliant!
With more than 30 years' experience, Louise has built her career around people, leadership and creating positive change within organisations.
She holds a Master's degree in HR and Organisational Development, is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an alumna of Oxford Saïd Business School. She was also named among the CIPD Global HR30 in 2026.

Louise is the founder of BRAVElou®, her leadership and coaching business focused on helping leaders build confidence, strengthen their leadership capability and perform at their best.

Our partnership with Louise grew naturally from working together with our senior HR community in Manchester.
Louise recently joined us for a senior HR session, bringing her experience in leadership, executive coaching and organisational development to the conversation. The response to the session, and the discussions it generated amongst our network, highlighted the value Louise could bring to the wider Macmillan Davies HR community and led to the development of our preferred partnership.
Louise will continue to work with us as we develop future events and opportunities for senior HR and People leaders, while also sharing her experience with the next generation of the profession.
