I joined Macmillan Davies in 2004 after moving from New Zealand and, in 2011, acquired the business through a management buyout. With 22 years in HR recruitment, I specialise in senior executive search and interim assignments, working with organisations from high-growth SMEs to global PLCs across the UK and internationally.

My philosophy is simple: candidate is king. I take the time to understand not just skills but aspirations, building lasting relationships that ensure the right fit between talent and opportunity.
