As Associate Director here at Macmillan Davies I specialise in placing HR talent at all levels across the Northwest and Midlands. From guiding and supporting early-career HR professionals to making senior HR leadership appointments, with over a decade of experience I know what good looks like and am committed to presenting the best options to both clients and candidates. My passion for matching the right people with the right roles is evident in my work.

Being CIPD qualified, I am driven by a genuine interest in the HR field and am able to provide valuable insights to candidates, businesses, and their HR teams.

My proudest achievement has been launching and spearheading the Macmillan Davies 'Future Exec: The Academy,' an initiative designed to foster the next generation of HR leaders, which I continue to develop in both Birmingham and Manchester.

What do you think is the key to professional success?

It's about treating people how you would like to be treated yourself and to me that means being transparent, honest and open in your communication.

What is something people in your industry/niche have to deal with that you want to fix?

I work with a good number of businesses on an exclusive or retained basis, but I wish more would realise this value in allowing us to exclusively partner with them.

If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would do?

I'd start a doggie fashion business. And, you know, keep working here.

What is your hidden talent?

Juggling! If my recruitment career ever ends, I can always join the circus.
