Unnecessary complexity. Most problems can be solved with clearer processes, better communication and a bit of structure.

Buy a place in the sun, adopt too many dogs…and still find something to organise.

I'm unexpectedly good at a horse impression. No idea why, but it's a crowd pleaser!
