Amy Mottershead - Senior Consultant

I am a Senior Consultant at Macmillan Davies, based out of our Manchester office. I focus on our FuturExec division where we recruit HR professionals in the earlier stages of their career, such as HR Advisors, HR Business Partners, Internal Recruiters, L&D Professionals and Reward Analysts, amongst others. I source outstanding talent across the HR market for our clients in across both private, public and third sector.

I want clients to feel like we are working in a true collaborative partnership in order to attract the best talent to their business. I provide consultative and honest guidance by assisting candidates on their next career move and clients on their recruitment process, as well as how to attract the top people in the market. I have a real passion for matching talent with the right opportunities, this helps build long-term relationships which is at the heart of what I do and why I love recruitment!

I have over 6 years’ experience within both contingency and interim recruitment. My background is largely within Regional Business Support/Accounting where I’ve worked both a generalist market and a specialist market focusing on the real estate sector.

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?

A private jet to travel to travel me around the world! It would be electric powered though obviously J
