Supporting employees through cancer

The amazing team at 'Macmillan Cancer Support at Work' offers training, guidance, and resources to help managers and HR professionals feel confident and equipped to support employees affected by cancer.

This webinar will give you insights into some of the key considerations when supporting employees with cancer such as cancer and the side effects, talking about cancer, reasonable adjustments and the Equality Act and the Disability Discrimination Act.

It will also introduce how Macmillan Cancer Support can equip your organisation with the skills and knowledge you need to provide high-quality workplace support. This will enable you to build the confidence of your managers so they can provide the best support to employees with cancer or employees who are caring for a loved one with cancer.
