Grab you lunch and hear from Insideout Communications’ Victoria Heron, as she shares with you her ways of improving your daily dose of internal communications and brand storytelling, to build brand advocacy – working from the inside out!
Victoria is a curious, candid, straightforward, Communications Specialist, with a real purpose to help organisations place the employee at the heart of the organisation building brand advocates from the inside. With three decades of comms experience building a career in marketing, working with the British Army, walking the corridors of Whitehall and directing client accounts in the world of PR and advertising agencies.
It is the marketing experience, with its customer centric approach that Victoria has used to focus her senior level appointments in her career to grow and develop Internal Communications functions and the Employee Experience. She has directed employee communications for many large organisations from Capita, Telefonica, Amnesty International, Co-op and most recently the nuclear energy and Housing/Care sector.
In this complimentary virtual session, Victoria will lead the discussion which will centre around:
- How to identify ways of improving the employee experience using internal communications
- How to feel more confident in proposing simple techniques to improve internal communications.
- How to create dialogue with the internal communications professionals about the approach to improving employee
This event is aimed at those HR professionals whose business does not have a standalone Internal Comms team. You will be joined by other HR Professionals and there will be an opportunity to ask questions and share opinions. Chatham House rules will stand for this session.
