Race & Allyship in the Third Sector - 28th October
Macmillan Davies webinar series
Race & Allyship in the Third Sector.
2020 has proved to be a critical year for Diversity and Inclusion. Covid 19 has changed the way we live and has highlighted the injustices in society and our places of work. Race is now very much at the forefront of the D&I agenda for many organisations and Macmillan Davies is delighted to be partnering with Woosh Raza, Stanley Tsang and Chikere Igbokwe to talk about Race, Allyship and the third sector.
They will each talk from personal experiences on Race and Allyship, Unconscious Bias and what we can do to drive Diversity, Inclusion and belonging within our organisation and how the third sector can be leaders in the drive for change.
Topics being covered will include:
• Race – How to have that important discussion with employees and colleagues
• Allyship – What it means to be an Ally and the importance of Allies to minority colleagues and employees
• Unconscious bias – How we can be more aware and influence others
• How the third sector can become change makers
