Toxic or bullying work environments can wreak untold damage not only on your organisation but also on your employees’ lives, often for years to come.
Unfortunately, much narcissistic abuse is covert and difficult to detect for anyone other than the ‘victim’. Therefore, raising awareness of toxic personalities and how their behaviours can manifest in a work environment is critical in understanding and dealing with workplace bullying.
In this hour-long session, Jo Banks, Executive Coach, Leadership Development Trainer and Author, will explain how you identify and understand what’s driving certain behaviours together with simple tools and guidance to help support those affected.

• Why it’s sometimes difficult to spot
• How to provide support
