The science behind intuition and how to use it for sound decision making

We all know about our intuition/gut feeling. However, most of us tend to override it when it comes to making those big decisions (both in work and our personal lives) or deciding whether or not to trust a person or situation.

However, far from being ‘touchy-feely’, our intuition is an inbuilt safety mechanism that is based in the most primitive part of our brain.

In this hour-long session, Jo Banks, Executive Coach, Leadership Development Trainer and Author, will explain how our intuition works, why when you buy something new, you see it everywhere, and how to tap into your innate internal guidance to support your decision making.

In this session, you will learn:

• What is intuition?
• Why we shouldn’t ignore it.
• Why there’s no such thing as ‘coincidence’.
• How to use your intuition for better decision-making.
