FuturExec: The Academy - My career journey’ with Alyson Fadil, CPO at N Brown
For the first session of our FuturExec:The Academy programme, we were delighted to be joined by Alyson Fadil, CPO at N Brown who kindly shared her inspirational career story with us.
Aly joined N Brown April 2018, with 20 years of experience in recruitment, internal communications, talent development, and building employee-engaged cultures.
Aly discussed her experiences, working in the fitness industry, studying for her CIPD qualifications, starting a family, through to working on the boards of dynamic, fast-paced retail businesses including Missguided, Sofology and Selfridges.
