We asked what are the hot topics for you in your HR role right now and one which came up, again and again, is Flexible & Hybrid working.
Following this feedback, we are delighted to present the opportunity for Macmillan Davies FuturExec: The Academy members to attend a virtual roundtable on the subject.
Due to the popularity of this topic, we will be hosting two roundtables taking place on:
- Thursday 9th March at 11am
- Tuesday 14th March at 2pm
To note you only need attend one of these sessions.*
These roundtables will provide a safe space (Chatham House rules) where you will be able to talk with peers, of around 8-10, about how you’re managing flexible and hybrid working in your businesses, sharing the challenges, issues, what’s working, what’s not, solutions and ideas.
