We are delighted to invite you to the next in-person event for our 2023 programme - FuturExec: The Academy from Macmillan Davies.

For our second session we are thrilled to have two amazing speakers;
Laura Herbert, Chief People Officer, Apadmi
Laura is Chief People Officer at Apadmi, a digital consultancy based in Manchester, has experience working across several sectors and is passionate about transforming the reputation of the HR industry into one that actively shapes the future growth of any business.
In this session, Laura will discuss her career to date, as well as debunking Employer Value Proposition (EVP), showing you what it's all about and why you don't need loads of cash to add value.
Nick Holmes, Global Head of Career Experience, Fishawack Health
Nick has been at the forefront of people and workplace innovation for over 8 years. A thought leader in talent development, employee experience and the future of work, his purpose is to change the way we think and feel about work. Nick is currently the Global Head of Career Experience at Fishawack Health and is responsible for transforming and shaping the people agenda.
Nick will discuss his career to date, the evolution of the employee experience, the future of EVP, as well as helping you to find out what your businesses superpower is to set you apart from the rest!
