It gives me great pleasure to share the findings from our latest HR Insights Survey: Accelerating your HR Strategy in 2024
In this bumper issue, we cover the results from our latest HR Insights survey, share observations from HR thought leaders and give you the latest HR salary information.
Now in my 20th year at Macmillan Davies, I’ve seen a lot of changes in the challenges that you face. As HR Professionals, having in that time gone through recessions, years of Brexit uncertainty, the pandemic, and subsequent post-pandemic changes in the workplace. Who knew that in 2004, when the movie ‘I, Robot’ was released, that only 20 years later we’d be questioning AI’s impact on HR, in terms of ethics, efficiencies and colleague experience? Throughout the report, we discuss the impact of AI.
