HR Insights Survey: A focus on the future
Wed, November 30, 2022
The role and profile of HR professionals have shifted dramatically in the last three years, but what does the HR profession of the future look like, and what will impact their career choices?
Over four decades at the forefront of HR recruitment consultancy has ensured Macmillan Davies is fully entrenched in the HR community and we are passionate about supporting HR professionals now and in the future. We want to add some hard data to the discussion by quantifying how today’s HR professionals feel about the next few years, and we are delighted to be launching our 2023 HR Insights Survey: A focus on the future.
Throughout December and January, we will be asking for your input into our survey. In this survey we will examine:
- What issues are occupying most of your time now and those issues that you will be focussing on in the future?
- Whether there are any distinct skills gaps within the HR profession.
- Whether a HR career is a clear route to becoming a CEO or MD.
- Whether the Ulrich model will exist in the future.
- Whether people place more importance on benefits provisions or remuneration at different stages of their career life cycle.
- Whether there are any distinct variations between industry types.
We want to hear from people at all stages of their HR career journey, whether you are just beginning, or are already established at board level.
