Job Information:

My well known Liverpool based client is seeking an experienced HR Admin Manager to join their organisation on an interim basis for a period of 9 – 12 months to cover maternity leave. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will lead, motivate and manage a central support team to deliver high quality transactional HR to the business.

Key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the management and leadership of three HR Support Centre Advisors.

Delivery of HR policy and practices in line with business and legislative requirements, ensuring there is a clear understanding within the business.

Supporting the team in the delivery of accurate and timely reports to provide transparency of activity and added value to the HR function.

Providing integrated HR support to the HR management team.

Developing processes to effectively handle all contact with our staff providing accurate and consistent HR advice.

The successful candidate will be a capable people manager with the ability to manage and develop individuals towards their potential. You will have the ability to build personal credibility by demonstrating the organisation’s values, building trust with colleagues and have experience of delivering practical HR service.

With a strong customer focus and proven ability to build relationships at all levels, you will have the ability to manage team workload in line with the resources available and have experience of working within a HR Admin Team Leader role.
