responsible for partnering with a site of around 120 employees whilst also

problems and taking ownership rather than simply responding to issues as they
arise.

The culture

operational delivery with longer-term thinking and wants to play a visible role
in shaping how a growing business evolves.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with energy, curiosity and a genuine
desire to make a difference.
Package
* Circa £50,000 salary
* Benefits package
* Primarily site-based in Stoke-on-Trent
* Opportunity to work closely with a highly respected People Director
