The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of a small People Services team, ensuring smooth delivery of core HR administration while driving smarter, more efficient ways of working. This isn't just about maintaining processes, it's about enhancing them.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a team responsible for HR administration
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Supporting ongoing transformation and change initiatives
• Taking ownership of HR systems aligned to operational delivery
• Partnering closely with data and systems specialists to optimise workflows
• Ensuring high standards across data, processes, and service delivery

About You

• Experience leading or supervising HR administration or shared services teams
• A strong focus on improving processes, systems, and efficiency
• Comfortable working with HR systems, data, and workflows
