Working as the dedicated Talent Acquisition lead within a collaborative HR team, you'll manage the entire hiring journey. What you'll be doing

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through onboarding
• Partnering with managers to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
• Creating engaging job adverts and proactively sourcing candidates
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience with clear feedback
• Supporting managers with recruitment best practice
• Developing employer brand through social media, events, and community initiatives
• Managing agency relationships and cost-effective recruitment methods
• Using recruitment data to drive improvement, diversity, and successful hires

• Proven end-to-end in-house recruitment experience
• Confident communicator and influencer with strong stakeholder skills
• Proactive, self-starting, process-driven, and data-conscious
