HR Administrator (9 Month FTC)

HR Administrator, £30,000 Per Annum, 9 Month FTC, Altrincham

Macmillan Davies are proud to be partnering with a leading national real estate business who are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a 9 Month Fixed term contract. This role will function to support the HR Manager and CPO with the day to day running of the HR function.

Main duties include:

  • Provide efficient HR administration, including preparing letters and maintaining documentation
  • Updating HR systems and internal platforms.
  • Coordinate onboarding, arranging inductions and issuing probation documentations.
  • Ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.
  • Manage diaries, meeting and events as required.
  • Supporting wider employee engagement and internal communications.
  • Support recruitment activity and handling applications in line with GDPR.
  • Assisting with candidate communications.
  • Maintain HR policies and produce reports and presentations.
  • Deliver proactive L&D administration including managing the training calendar and coordinating bookings.
  • Tracking attendance and completion.
  • Maintaining accurate training records.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous HR administration experience.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
  • Discreet and professional with confidential information.
  • Proactive and able to use initiative.
  • Team-oriented and able to work independently
