ER Advisor

ER Advisor, £36,000 - £40,000 Per Annum, Manchester (Hybrid)

Macmillan Davies are proud to be partnering with a purpose led organisation who are looking for an ER Advisor to join their growing team. This role will function to support managers with ER issues across a multi-site organisation.

Main duties include:

• Managing a varied caseload of ER matters, ranging from high-volume to complex.
• Coaching and supporting people managers through formal processes.
• Ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with employment law.
• Providing regular updates on case progress and performance to key stakeholders.
• Collaborating within a team of ER Advisors to drive consistency and improvement.
• Contributing to building management capability to support delivery of strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Solid working knowledge of UK employment law.
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing a high-volume and complex ER caseload.
• Experience operating in a multi-site, diverse organisation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A collaborative and stakeholder-focused approach.
