Senior HR Advisor, £48,000 Per Annum, Manchester

Macmillan Davies is proud to be partnering with a global professional services firm in search of a Senior HR Advisor. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to act as a trusted ER specialist, working closely with senior stakeholders and line managers to deliver policy-led people solutions that support both day-to-day operations and long-term organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a broad ER caseload including conduct, performance, flexible working, probation, and capability matters
• Provide clear, pragmatic advice balancing risk, business needs, and employee experience.
• Handle sensitive and complex cases with discretion.
• Conduct and manage investigations, ensuring accurate and well-documented outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of governance, documentation, and compliance in a regulated environment
• Coach managers on handling people issues in line with policy and employment law
• Support delivery of ER training and promote early intervention to reduce risk and escalation.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Analyse ER data and trends to identify risks and continuous improvement initiatives.
