We're Hiring: HR Business Partner (with some EDI)

West London - hybrid working with two core office days (Tues & Weds)

⏱️ Full Time | Permanent | 9am-5:30pm

Up to £60,000 (depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a not-for-profit organisation in West London,
seeking a proactive and collaborative HR Business Partner to join their central
team.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate People Services while
contributing to Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the organisation.

You'll partner closely with colleagues across the central team and wider
network, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach to people practices
while contributing to the development and delivery of the next D&I strategy.

About the role

In this role, you will:

* Support key people processes, providing guidance, coaching and constructive
challenge

* Contribute towards design and delivery of the organisation's Diversity &
Inclusion strategy

* Stay up to date with equality legislation and best practice, advising on
impacts and required changes

* Provide guidance on change management, restructures and succession planning

* Support or lead project work aligned with organisational plans and priorities

⭐ Essential Experience

We're looking for someone who brings:

* A strong track record as a Business Partner with notable employee relations
experience , and excellent relationship-management skills at all levels

* Has some experience in an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion role with up-to-date
knowledge of best practice and employment legislation

* Experience leading change programmes, including TUPE

* Experience designing and delivering organisational design programmes
