People Partner

A leading fashion company in the UK are looking to bring in a People Partner to work with their UK retail population. The People Partner will play a crucial role in helping to deliver on the wider people strategy and be the go-to person for all HR-related matters within the retail stores.

You will work alongside an experienced Senior People Partner and have a dotted line into the HR Director in London.

The Head Office is situated in Central London and you will be expected to be in stores/Head Office around 3 times per week with hybrid working (2 from home).

The People Partner will need to have excellent retail HR experience and have a solid background in handling multiple ER cases at any given time.

You will also be able to travel around the London stores frequently to best serve your stakeholders and retail population, providing quick and viable solutions when possible and offering solutions to aid continuous development.
