£26,000 - £29,000 per annum

Our client provides Facilities Management across the Greater Manchester area. This people-focused employer has a 750-strong workforce and is on the lookout for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join the team based in Stockport. More about the role:

  • This role offers fantastic exposure to a wide range of HR activities and the opportunity to be hands-on with the operational teams.
  • You'll be an integral part of the supportive HR team, collaborating with them daily and being the first point of contact for HR queries
  • Working the wider team to share management of the HR inbox
  • Active involvement in processing payroll.
  • Providing guidance to managers during employee relations processes.
  • Assisting with sickness monitoring and conducting well-being meetings.
  • Supporting HR Business partners with various HR projects.
  • You'll be responsible for compiling and analysing data as needed.
  • Regular face-to-face meetings with employees to address their queries and concerns.

About you:

  • Ideally, you're working towards or have achieved CIPD Level 3 (or 5) certification.
  • Face-to-face HR experience is highly desirable
  • Active involvement in areas such as sickness management and well-being.
  • Confidence is key - we're seeking someone outgoing and assured.
  • You'll be working closely with operational staff, so having an air of confidence is essential.
