Darren joined Macmillan Davies in 2004 after immigrating from New Zealand, having swapped careers to recruitment consultant from IT ‘techie’ in the late ‘90s. Loving both the strong candidate focus, consultative approach and dynamic culture he acquired the company through an MBO in 2011. He continues to deliver Senior Executive Search and Interim Management assignments across the UK and Europe.
