Our team

Combined, our people's knowledge spans the breadth of the diverse recruitment industry. But what defines our approach are our three specialist teams. In Executive Resourcing, we complete senior and mid-level HR search and selection assignments, our Futurexec practice focuses on HR professionals who are in the early stages of their career and our Interim team handle day rate and fixed-term HR recruitment projects. While our dedicated Corporate and Support team see that all aspects of the business run smoothly.

Working within their chosen area of expertise, our consultants always take the time to understand the needs of candidates and clients alike, before applying their own experience and market insight. This has meant that over the years we have consistently provided a tailored service based on fostering long-term relationships and offering ongoing support and advice.

I joined Macmillan Davies Hodes in 2004 as a senior member of the London Executive Resourcing team. My recruitment experience spans more than 15 years across human resources, IT, and technical and operations functions, and to date I have delivered assignments in the UK, Australasia, Europe, and the Middle East. more

My early career was in information technology, with multinational technology firms and UK PLC’s, and led to my transition to recruitment when I joined my then recruitment partner. After joining MDH, I took responsibility for permanent recruitment and then the Manchester office. I currently recruit senior Human Resources professionals through search and selection assignments across all industry sectors.

Noreen Curtin

Equipped with my law degree I went straight into IT recruitment and gained a good grounding in the industry, but after nine years I was looking for a change. So when I joined a company that specialised in HR, I knew straightaway that I’d found my niche. I joined MDH in 2007 to initially specialise in the permanent recruitment of the mid to senior level market with offerings on a contingent and retained basis. more

Having built long-standing relationships with numerous clients, I now specialise in offering our executive resourcing service on both a permanent and interim basis. I am continually inspired when my work’s appreciated and people come back again and again. I love MDH because the company culture truly affects how we do business. Quite simply it’s a friendly environment built on respect, where people work hard and are always willing to listen to new ideas.
