Our team

Combined, our people's knowledge spans the breadth of the diverse recruitment industry. But what defines our approach are our three specialist teams. In Executive Resourcing, we complete senior and mid-level HR search and selection assignments, our Futurexec practice focuses on HR professionals who are in the early stages of their career and our Interim team handle day rate and fixed-term HR recruitment projects. While our dedicated Corporate and Support team see that all aspects of the business run smoothly.

Working within their chosen area of expertise, our consultants always take the time to understand the needs of candidates and clients alike, before applying their own experience and market insight. This has meant that over the years we have consistently provided a tailored service based on fostering long-term relationships and offering ongoing support and advice.

I have recently moved to London from Vancouver to pursue the wealth of opportunities it offers in the areas of work, travel, and culture. I hoped to find a job that would offer challenges and help me grow in a new sector and have been given the exciting opportunity to enter the HR Sector after many years in retail management. I was immediately attracted to the unique culture and personal approach at MDH and recognised that it would be the perfect place to build a foundation for future success. Travel really inspires me to learn and uncover more about the world and I believe that having a broad view of various cultures enables me to have deeper and closer relationships with the people I meet along the way. I hope to be fortunate enough to see the world in its entirety at some point in my life. As leader of the HR function at Macmillan Davies Hodes and Bernard Hodes Group, I ensure the smooth and efficient running of the HR department. On a daily basis I arrange everything from inductions to job offers, along with payroll and seeing that we comply with relevant legislation. more

As well as making sure everyone’s working at their best, I’ve been PA to Helen, our chief executive, since 1998. Diary management, arranging travel and making sure everything’s in order for candidate and client meetings is all in a day’s work.
