| Job Information: | A fantastic opportunity has arisen for both a Sales Trainer and a Senior Sales Trainer to join my highly successful and market leading South Manchester based client. Reporting into the Sales Training Manager, the role is responsible for supporting both internal and external clients in the design, delivery and evaluation of innovative sales training solutions to improve performance. The main duties of the role are – To grow and improve the commercial Training offered To work closely with the internal sales teams to help them further understand learning and development solutions through coaching, workshops and training materials To support the internal sales teams to understand client needs and offer compelling training solutions To engage with clients to implement and develop training needs analysis/skills audit processes Consult with clients to design and deliver training solutions to meet their requirements The successful candidate will be an experienced Sales Trainer with pervious experience in B2B or B2C sales. You will have a full understanding of the Training Cycle, business to business sales process, commercial experience in different markets and performance management processes. Of graduate calibre and with a confident, assertive and commercial outlook, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop their already successful career in Learning and Development/Training. Not only is my client offering a competitive basic salary, depending upon experience, there is also a bonus scheme and as this role will include travel on a weekly basis, a car allowance is offered on top of the basic salary.
