Recruitment Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a leading business services firm in central London. My client is an industry leader and is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join a busy and expanding team.
Managing a team of 3 you will be in charge of in-house recruitment as well as developing the team. You will be involved in the complete recruitment cycle including interviewing for Team Leader roles as well as assisting the rest of the team with signing off entry level positions. The company is also looking at implementing a new recruitment model and you will be actively involved in the strategic side – creating KPI’s and setting a commission structure. As the business expands the company is also looking to provide an external recruitment service to their clients and the incumbent of this position will be heavily involved in setting this up.
Candidates must have in-house recruitment experience and be able to work at both a strategic and operational level. Previous experience of managing and developing team is also essential. Experience gained in a similar fast paced environment as well as an understanding of the client services/hospitality industry is desirable.
