Learning & Development Specialist

My client is a successful and national Legal Firm who due to continued expansion are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join their organisation on a permanent basis, supporting the Insurance division.

Reporting into the L&D Manager, you will provide advice and guidance to Partners, line managers and individuals on Learning and development, focusing on the development of legal, technical capability and professional development for the insurance division.

You will work in Partnership with the Graduate Programme Manager to develop, deliver and maintain the Trainee Development Programme including induction and relationship management and work with the wider L&D team to design, develop, deliver and co-ordinate training programmes and lead the ongoing and long- term relationships with external legal training providers.

The successful candidate will be a proven Learning and Development Specialist with a background in the insurance sector or an insurance/PI Solicitor who has a desire to move into a Learning and Development role.
