Job Evaluation Supervisor

An exciting opportunity for an experienced HAY qualified Job Evaluation Specialist in a dynamic and rapidly developing nation in the Middle East. Working for one of the world’s largest producers and distributors of natural gas, this role reports to the Head of Compensation & Benefits and will be responsible for supervising, planning and participating in all job evaluation related policy, procedure and developmental activities. As part of the HR team, you will be working alongside other expatriates from various parts of the world who are committed to helping this growing organisation develop during these interesting times for both country and company.

The ideal candidate will be solutions focused and thrive within a unique working environment. You will be Hay qualified, experienced in designing and implementing job banding into an organisation, and be able to demonstrate a flexible and commercial approach that meets the needs of the stakeholders. You will also need to be:

- Degree qualified (MA or BA)
- Possess Hay Job Analysis and Job Evaluation certification
- Experienced in job analysis, job evaluation and job banding.
- Experienced in influencing senior management whilst developing and implementing job evaluation policy and job frameworks.
- Able to relocate and to travel to numerous sites across the country
