Job Information:

HR Systems Manager role based in Kent with a global construction business. Reporting to the Head of IT and working very closely with HR, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, support and continuing improvement of HR Information Systems. This newly created role focuses on delivering a quality service to the business, working closely with stakeholders, interpreting their requirements and delivering the most appropriate solution.
The key deliverables for the role include:
- Working with the HR Leadership team in defining tactical and strategic improvement programmes to the HR Systems
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Successful delivery and reporting of project plans, timeframes and costs
- Proactive risk management
- Managing external supplier relationships
- Line management of the HR Systems team
This is an ideal role for an experienced Systems manager with a wealth of knowledge and exposure to HR Systems wishing to work in a very customer centric culture. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing and delivering projects; management of budgets and financial forecasting; a solid technical background in the full systems life-cycle; business process design; and business analysis. You will also have had previous experience leading complex projects, implementing HR systems; and successfully worked across various business units and IT functions. Leadership, commercial acumen, and problem solving are the imperative skills required to be successful in the role.
