| Job Information: | Our client, a global financial IT company based in Canary Wharf, is currently recruiting a number of HR Business Partners on a contract and permanent basis. Managing a demanding and diverse client group, you will be responsible for providing commercially focused and technically sound HR generalist support. This will include coaching line managers, recruitment, performance management, analysing MI, running compensation reviews and talent and development. In partnership with senior business managers, you will identify and address people related business requirements as well as outline and drive the people business plan. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a proactive and developing HR team and really add value to the business. The successful candidate will have a proven generalist background within an IT/telecoms/retail/ financial services environment, and be able to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced matrix environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, credibility and the ability to build relationships quickly are essential for this role as well as advanced knowledge of HR polices and legislation. |
