This HR Business Partner role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a large, supporting HR structure where potential for development and growth is huge. You will play a critical role in developing 2 Directorates in the organisation, and work closely with stakeholders at all levels, as well as be part of the wider network of HR Business Partners. It is important that the successful candidate embodies the organisation culture- the work they are doing directly affects such a large number of people, therefore the values and behaviours are very important- for example acting as one team, engaging people, enabling change and delivering results.

An experienced, dynamic and forward thinking strategic business partner, who must be able to demonstrate breadth in their understanding of HR across all areas and functions. You must be able to truly partner with senior leaders, supporting their needs strategically, supported by COE's in business to deliver a great HR service.

If you have an understanding of organisational design principles, and applying those to a business that would be highly advantageous, as well as experience of supporting the client groups determined above- specifically in a technology business, or previous experience of supporting that client group. You will be able to bring a strong understanding of change, the consultation process and up to date understanding of HR legislation. You will be an influencer, who can communicate with employees at all levels to work towards an increased HR services, supported by a strong HR team and HR specialists.

- You will develop a people strategy that coordinates with the wider HR plan- driving engagement- therefore improving capability, leadership and elevate talent in the organisation
- You will work closely with the Head of OD to support the Org Design side of change programmes, and be the HR expert for the two directorates, working to implement any changes
- Coach and advise leaders to own an change their business areas with your HR leadership and guidance
- Your stakeholders will include but not be limited to: HR Directors/ Divisional leadership teams, HRBP team , Head of OD, HR Manager team and Finance
