This organisation is very forward thinking, therefore they require someone with a similar mind-set to ensure that they are forward thinking from the perspective of looking at their Reward Strategy. You will manage the reward, benefits and recognition offer, ensuring it is relevant , competitive, inclusive and meetings legislative requirements. This will involve, but not be limited to:
-Develop and implement strategic approaches in relation to the reward offering - working with Executive level colleagues to identify ways in which the organisation can progress
- Partner closely with the business and HR to make sure that all activities are aligned with the overall People Strategy
- Manage the annual salary review
- Manage the full range of employee benefits
- Picking up all duties, including projects, in line with required skills, knowledge and experience to contribute to wider success
- Attend Reward Strategy meetings and develop external networks to leverage and grow business relationships

They are looking for someone who has relevant Reward experience- with excellent knowledge of reward, benefits, and recognition practices. Also, you must have comp and bens experience- ideally with experience at influencing up to Director level. Naturally, you will have a strong numerical understanding, and be analytical in nature. It is crucial that you can work in a complex, ever evolving and sensitive environment.
