HR Advisor/Manager (Standalone)

Job Description

A global leader in sales training is looking for a HR Manager to be part of their growing company. You will be the standalone HR person, supporting a business of circa 80 employees, reporting in to the Chief Marketing Officer, you must therefore have considerable and demonstrable HR experience to draw upon.

The role;

*Be the first point of contact for all employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and grievances
*Manage end to end recruitment, from writing JDs, advertising roles, screening CVs and arranging interviews through onboarding
*Data collation in preparation for payroll
*Work closely with the business, improving policy and process as required

The person;

*Demonstrable experience working in HR, ideally in a small team/company
*Happy to be responsible for end to end recruitment, including direct sourcing
*ER experience and knowledge, confident in advising the business appropriately
