HR Advisor (Standalone) - MUST start Monday 6th August

An IT/data company in Farringdon is looking for a HR Advisor (Standalone) to be responsible for all things HR for the business. You must be an experienced, competent, self-starter, who is comfortable being the go-to HR person for the business, reporting in to the MD. A key focus of this role is retention and career/succession planning, therefore experience of this is a distinct advantage.

The role;

-Manage the full employee lifecycle and self-service HR platform - recruitment, induction, reviews, ER casework, leavers
-Manage the Learning and Development programme - identifying skills gaps, organising internal and external training, recording and monitoring impact
-Responsible for all company policies, ensuring compliance with new legislation
-Manage payroll and pensions
-Organise all employee benefits including, private health insurance, eye tests, flu vaccine, Employee Events Scheme
-Lead on the workstream to gain Investors in People accreditation

The person;

-CIPD Level 5, as a minimum, a distinct advantage
-Previous HR experience, competently and comfortably able to work standalone
-Full generalist experience, particularly retention and career/succession planning
