An innovative and fast paced Consultancy is looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Assistant who works well under their own initiative. The Detail

Supporting the Head of HR Services to provide a wide range of HR duties to the business, working closely with the wider HR team. This is a varied role where you will be working under your own initiative, anticipating needs and communicating effectively with the business. Accountabilities will include:
*Managing HR core processes including maternity/paternity leave, flexible working, sickness and absence
*Assisting with the integration and maintenance of the new HR policies, procedures and the global HR system
*Drafting contracts and amendments of employment and independent contractor agreements
*Supporting the HR Services team to ensure the probation process is compliant
*Preparing reports, maintaining spreadsheets and updating HR records
*Onboarding/offboarding employees, assisting with visa and immigration requirements and supporting the payroll manager to collate benefits and payroll date
*Ad hoc projects

Skills and experience

*You must have gained the above experience within professional services, financial services or within a corporate environment
*Educated to at least A'level or equivalent
*Demonstrate strong communication, organisational and prioritisation skills, excellent attention detail, adaptability and flexibility
*Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Strong MS Office experience
