Interim HRBP for a boutique, innovative bank

Job Description

A forward thinking and ambitious boutique bank is looking for an interim HRBP to help guide them through a period of change. You will be partnering with the business delivering a new operating model, driving change and providing value add HR solutions to the business. This is a fantastic project where you will really utilise your skills to make a difference.

The detail

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be providing the full range of HR support. Accountabilities include:
*Deliver a large restructuring project including creating a communication plan
*Assisting with delivering a company wide change to the bonus scheme, implementing role frameworks and rolling this out via workshops
*Implementing a new appraisal process
*Working with the business to roll out SMCR

Skills and Experience

*Must have previous HR Business Partner and change management experience within banking (ideally small to mid size banks)
*Must also have strong regulatory experience knowledge of SMCR
*Must also have experience of performance management, talent and development and succession planning
*Demonstrate proactivity, self-motivation and the ability work under your own initiative
*Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to influence
*Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.
