A well-established and nationally renowned charity is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. **Inhouse experience is essential to be considered for this role**. You will be focusing on roles in the London office (Corporate Services, Fundraising & Engagement), and will need to be able to demonstrate creative ways of attracting candidates to roles.

The person;

-Demonstrable experience of recruiting for corporate (head office) positions
-Experience liaising with, and influencing, stakeholders across the business
-In-house (not pure agency) recruitment experience is essential
-Demonstrable experience of identifying and implementing improvements to existing processes

The role;

-Guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process, offering support and advice
-Advise on the most effective recruitment advertising and attraction methods
-Liaise with recruitment agencies and preferred suppliers as required and manage the relationship effectively
-Communicate and update line managers on all stages of recruitment and pre-employment processes on a regular basis
-Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify and deliver improvements to the current recruitment administration process
