HR Business Partner

They have huge plans for the future - with one of the most ambitious programmes of infrastructure investment in the sector, a new Academic Strategy and a dynamic People Strategy. Following a programme of change and growth, they now have this exciting HR Business Partner role that has arisen.
HR Business Partners play a key role, working with client groups to ensure their strategic priorities are supported, influenced and aligned to the People agenda. You will work closely with the HR Operations team to ensure a first-class HR service is delivered. Working collaboratively with OD and HR Operations, to identify and commission specialist support for client groups as well as jointly work on delivering university wide initiatives.
It is critical that to be considered you must have experience operating at HR Business Partner level, in a medium- large organisation- and be able to evidence where you have aligned strategic HR objectives to the requirements of the business. You must be proactive in approach- looking for solutions ahead of time, and overall influencing the agenda from a cultural perspective. You will bring experience of supporting the business through all HR and business planning cycles as well as managing the people elements of change, including organisation design and workforce planning. The ability to work as part of a team with the other HR Business Partners whilst maintaining presence and authority within your client group is essential.
