Learning & Development Administrator The Opportunity Macmillan Davies are supporting a truly global insurance firm with over 2000 employees across 26 locations. A vacancy has arisen in the City of London for an experienced Learning & Development Administrator to provide administrative and systems support to the L&D team. The Detail The Learning & Development Administrator's responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to: *Co-ordinate calendar and manage the population of the LMS and PDR system *Finance processing and end to end administration activities *Provide support for the implementation of new systems including User Acceptance Testing and data checking *Booking of venues for training courses and maintaining on-line folders and schedules *Produce detailed Management Information for Learning & Development and the business on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis e.g. HR Scorecard and PDR completion statistics *Offering support to other members of the L&D team and the wider HR department as and when required
Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will: *Have previous Learning & Development Administrator experience *Be accomplished in events co-ordination and have excellent administration skills *Hold a HR qualification and/or CIPD qualified *Be an efficient and confident individual able to work well within a team *Have intermediate/advanced IT skills with Excel, Word and HR Systems What's on offer?
