HR Business Partner, Transformation

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to orchestrate the implementation of the Global HR Strategy and people programmes for the transformation program (Finance and potentially HR) to achieve the functional goals and build on what is also a really brilliant culture, where you will be engaging with the best brightest and most engaged employees by being part of the Global Functions. Also, you will not only have the opportunity to work with employees, but also external consultants, contractors and service providers.

This HR Business Partner is expected to be needed for 12-18 Months, but it is more than likely that if you will be able to find other suitable opportunities in the business after this- they want to hold on to great talent.

The main responsibilities will include:
*HR strategy - Supports the development and delivery of HR strategy and key people priorities for the transformation program and leads the communication, implementation and measurement of key people initiatives for this team in order to support a vibrant, fast-paced and high performance culture in the group.

*Recruitment - Actively manage the recruitment process working with the managers to ensure briefs are filled quickly and with the strongest candidates.

*Business Management - Integrate into the transformation program operating mechanism to have a clear understanding of the organisational capabilities specific to the program and the delivery roadmap. Engage with key stakeholders in the Finance and the IT function to make sure the program has the required support and clear direction from the leaders.

*Employee Engagement - Mobilize commitment and accountability for employee engagement for the program through our leaders and senior managers and act as a support and advisor for line leaders in Employee engagement.

*Employee Relations - Advising managers and employees on disciplinary, performance management and grievances, as well as supporting the HR Director with more complex scenarios.

*Training - Planning and Implementing the annual training offering for the group, including creating (if needed) and delivery of internal content for our group that supports our business strategy and need.

*Data Management and Analytics - Maintain the variety of systems to ensure accurate people data and then utilise it to create annual KPI data for the HR department, looking at turnover, leavers, absence and recruitment for the program

*Reward - Run an end to end process for Annual Reward processing including Bonus and Salary Review exercises. Create and administer any new reward schemes as needed for the transformation team if relevant

*Talent - Use R500 and Horizons to identify opportunities to develop the careers of our talents through roles and assignments that will provide unique opportunities to build experience and skills. Identify talent in wider DAN finance community who could be leveraged for the program. Identify opportunities for those rolling off the program in the wider business.

*Vision and Values - Act as a champion and role model of our vision and values. Ensure that our people practices are effective in embedding and reinforcing our values and that we develop our leaders to be strong ambassadors of the vision and values.

*Diversity - Champion a more diverse workplace by acting on HR initiatives that will drive change

*Support the HR Director with ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

*Serve as first point of contact for a range of HR queries and requests providing (or directing to) guidance on standard process, policy and system use.
