HR Business Partner

Location: North West
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Job Description

I am thrilled to be working with my client to find 2 x HR Business Partner's to be based at their site in Warrington. You will be a key player in supporting the senior team and individual managers with all aspects of personnel management. You will partner with a business sector to develop people plans and deliver a full HR professional service. This is a permanent role, £40k -£45k.

In your role, you will drive a culture of business ownership and accountability for people management practices to ensure HR policy, systems and procedures are embedded to enable a high-performance culture, you will also identify any gaps in procedures and have the ability to implement any changes necessary to cover people related risks.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for -
*Leading the design and delivery of HR policies across the business
*Leading key people-related projects as determined by the Head of ER & Engagement
*Acting as the performance improvement driver and encouraging positive changes in people management and support future training plans.
*Leading succession planning processes and ensuring achievable talent plans are in place to create a pipeline of talent and sustainable organisational capability
*Coaching and supporting managers in all aspects of people management, including discipline, grievance, absence management
*Acting as a change champion within their area of responsibility e.g. Employee Relations Frameworks etc
*Providing expert advice and support around organisation design & restructure that could include statutory consultation process for redundancy and TUPE

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience, preferably with trade unions and have a strong commercial awareness with experience of managing organisational change in a similar environment, including pay & grading, employee engagement and culture change. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and have a demonstrable knowledge of restructuring programmes , including TUPE
