HR Business Partner (Junior)

Location: Midlands
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Job Description

A leading house hold name retailer is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their HR team and support the Central & South region.

This role will work with key stakeholders to support the business in delivering improved business performance through effective people management. The role will cover the Central & South region and a company car will be provided. This role would suit a junior HRBP or a Senior HR Advisor looking to take their first move in to Business Partnering.

Role -
The role is a full generalist role and will cover ER, Absence Management, Policy development, People and Stakeholder engagement.

Providing appropriate HR advice and support
Case management of absence cases
Ensuring investigations, disciplinary and grievances are resolved
Regular review and updating of HR policies
Analyse HR MI and make recommendations to the business
To manage ad-hoc HR projects

You will need -
Strong knowledge of employment law
Sound understanding of HR policies and practices
Relevant HR qualification
How to engage employees to drive performance
Experience coaching and upskilling managers and work force
Full driving licence
