Our History

Macmillan Davies was launched
Became part of the Bernard Hodes Group
Responding to increased demand by our clients for short term or project driven HR resource, we launched the Interim Division
To increase our regional presence we opened our office in Manchester
Futurexec was created in response for client demand for the highest calibre HR executives of tomorrow and to fill the gaps in talent which had suffered as a result of the proliferation of the HR shared service model
Darren Hayman and Angela Franks took ownership of the Recruitment Business, separating from Bernard Hodes Group and retaining the original Macmillan Davies brand
London HQ moved from Kings Cross to the City of London
Moved to new, larger London offices to accommodate company growth
The Birmingham office was established in Q2 2016

Day rate calculator

This is your starting point for a minimum day rate. The rate is based on an assumption of 220 billing days per year which takes into account eight public holidays and 32 non-billing days.
